Sampaguita Resort is made of simple traditionally styled bungalows, in total harmony with the surrounding environment, plus an Italian touch due to the presence of Sergio Forti, diving instructor, who, few years ago, choose to settle down definitely in the simplicity of this secluded corner of the globe.

The environment is friendly, relaxed and casual. It is practically impossible to be left on your own, without making friends with other guests.

The diving on offer is spectacular, there are numerous sites in and around the area, with the highlight being Pescador Island, situated about 2km off the coast. It is a tiny island that you can get around in one shallow dive and offers the most diverse marine life of any site in Moalboal. Effectively, the whole circumference of the island is a wall dive with impressive coral formations. Fish life includes snappers, groupers, lionfish and scorpionfish are everywhere and at deeper depths you may encounter whitetip and hammerhead sharks.
